Sustainability Fair
Sustainable Upper Arlington collaborates with the Upper Arlington Public Library every year to highlight ways that community members can get involved with organizations who are invested in making Central Ohio more sustainable. The annual UA Sustainability Fair is every April to celebrate Earth Month.
Repair Cafe
Join us for our second Repair Cafe on July 18, 2026 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Upper Arlington Public Library Tremont Branch.
UA Litter Bug Club
Pick up litter in your neighborhood, brag about your efforts by submitting a photo, enter to win a cookie from The Original Goodie Shop.
Textile Waste Pilot Program
Sustainable UA is proud to be working with the City of Upper Arlington, SWACO, Circular Thrift and other organizations in Central Ohio to pilot a first-of-its-kind textile waste program.
Swap Day
We coordinate with the City of Upper Arlington to organize an annual Swap Day as an opportunity for community members to keep household items circulating within our community.
RSCO
Sustainable UA works with other local sustainability groups and MORPC to share and highlight initiatives happening in our communities.
Healthy Home Habitats
HHH is a collaboration with The Ohio State University and communities throughout Central Ohio to find pollinator-friendly mosquito control methods.
