UA Litter Bug Club

Sustainable UA is proud to launch the UA Litter Bug Club to give community members of all ages an opportunity to make a positive difference in their neighborhoods. We can clean up trash together to help keep litter from getting into our waterways. Every week one lucky member of the UA Litter Bug Club will win a free cookie from The Original Goodie Shop.

Here’s how to join the UA Litter Bug Club:

1. Register to join the UA Litter Bug Club here.
2. Grab a bucket and tongs.
3. Take a walk and fill your bucket with trash from your neighborhood (sidewalk, park or schoolyard – be the trashy change you want to see in the world!)
4. Help us track your efforts by submitting a photo of your litter bucket by emailing lbc@sustainableua.com before placing your litter into the trash or recycling. Every time you submit a new photo of collected trash, you’ll be entered into a weekly drawing.
5. Get a second entry by sharing your hard work on Instagram. Post your photo and invite @SustainableUpperArlington as a collaborator, tag @SustainableUpperArlington or use the hashtag #UALitterBugClub on IG.
6. Each week one lucky UA Litter Bug Club member will be rewarded with a free cookie from The Original Goodie Shop!
